The South Thailand Cycling Tour goes from the Indian Ocean to the Pacific and back. It is a captivating tour that begins on the island of Phuket, then around through the inspiring coastal regions of Phang Nga Bay until we reach the famous beaches in Ao Nang / Krabi on the Andaman Sea, and the island of Koh Lanta. From there we will cross the Malay Peninsula to Khanom Beach on the Gulf of Thailand, and then on through the Khao Sok National Park with its bizarre, jungle-covered limestone peaks and the Chiew Larn reservoir. We finish up the tour with a ride back to Phuket via Khao Lak.

We rented e-mountain bikes for 9 days for our vacation in Phuket Old Town. The bikes were A1, and the service was friendly and professional. We were able to do all the "everyday trips" to restaurants, sights... but also longer tours to beaches or to explore - it was a dream! Given the climate, my first experiences with “E” support were an absolute eye-opener. I will remember the option for future holidays... 😊

We have already been on the road 12 times with Siam Bike Tours, and after a six-year break we are now on the new southern Thailand tour. This tour was a mega highlight in terms of the landscape and the beautiful roads, but everything around it was also “1A”. Martin (owner and tour guide) and his team (Manop, Narin and Tip) are very service-oriented, friendly and funny, and they always exceeded our expectations: Every morning our bikes (great rental bikes from Siam Bike Tours) arrived on time with refilled drinking bottles as well as the helmets and shoes ready so that we could just leave. There were usually one or two breaks and lunch, which took place in cafes and restaurants - sometimes on beautiful beaches or somewhere in the jungle. A cooler with ice-cold drinks and refreshing towels was available at every stop. Unfortunately, the 10 stages went by far too quickly; We won’t be able to really “digest” all the highlights until we get home.
